Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unstatisifed with your purchase, please reach out to customer service within 48 hours and they will arrange a product swap out for a comparable product at no charge. The unsatisfactory product must be less than 10% consumed and much be returned to the driver in its original packaging.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on purchases, only exchanges within 48 hours from purchase.
The Process:
1) Take a Photo of the Unsatisfactory product that displays showcases the issue.
2) Reach out to Customer Service via Online Chat or Text. Explain to them the situation, what is wrong with the product and provide them with photos.
3) They will then authorize the replacement and place it in the delivery queue to be delivered.
4) Return the original product in its original packaging to the driver when he arrives with the new product.
Please Note: The original product must be less than 10% consumed and much be returned in the original packaging. If more that 10% has been consumed or the packaging has been destroyed, we will be unable to proceed with the swap.
