1. What are the delivery options and charges?

Delivery in Edmonton: $7.00 – Delivery to your door anywhere in Edmonton within 1 hour when the order is placed within operating hours (10:00am to 11:00pm, 7 days a week). We are closed on most statutory holidays.

Canada Post Xpresspost: $25.00 – Delivery across Canada.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

  • Debit Card: Pay with your debit card at the door.
  • Credit Card
  • Cash
  • Split Payment
  • Online Payment: Pay with Debit or Credit Online. Once your order has been processed by our team, you will receive a text message that will take you to Stripe (our payment processor). They will process your payment, and then your order will be put into the queue.

3. Can I schedule my order for a specific time?

Yes, you can specify your preferred delivery time in the order notes at the bottom of the checkout page.

4. How does the referral program work?

Refer a friend to shop with us, and after their first successful order, both of you will receive a $20 promo code via email for your next order. You can find your personalized referral link under the "Profile Details" menu at the bottom of the page. Click here for more details

5. What are your hours of operation?

Our hours are 10:00am to 11:00pm, 7 days a week. However, we are closed on most statutory holidays.

Orders placed after closing will be delivered the following morning. Any orders placed before closing will be delivered that evening.

8. What are the verification requirements for address and age?

First of all, thank you for choosing Iron Leaf Cannabis Co as your supplier of choice. We know that there are many options out there, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to earn your business.

If you have received this link, it means that we just need to run through a few verification items with you before we can dispatch your delivery.

For Safety Reasons we require all of our clients to go through a verification process to ensure that they are of legal age (and able to purchase cannabis legally) and that the address we will be delivering to is safe for our staff and our clients. Safety (of our clients and our staff) is our first priority.

We require 1-2 items to validate and verify your address. Once we have this information on file, you shouldn't need to do it again unless you change your delivery address or your ID expires. In that case, we will need to quickly verify you again. The next page will walk you through the steps required. It shouldn't take any longer than a couple of minutes, and then we will have you on your way.

Item 1: Selfie

Please take (or attach) a photo of yourself holding your Valid Government Issued Photo ID next to your face so that we can clearly see your face and All of the information on your ID Card

We will need you to upload your selfie as well as a photo of the card itself so that we can clearly see the details.

If your delivery address does not match the address on your ID, we will require another document to be attached. For safety reasons, we only deliver to addresses that are owned by or directly attached to you.

Note: The system will only accept JPG or PNG files.

Item 2: Utility Bill/Lease Agreement

Note: If your delivery address matches the address on your ID that you uploaded in the previous step, you may skip this step and click on "Submit" below.

In order to complete your verification, we require a supporting document. This document can be a utility bill, lease agreement, bank statement, etc. In order to pass verification, your name must be on the document along with the delivery address. Documents received with a name other than yours will not be accepted.

Important: Do not include confidential or financial information in the upload. All we require is the name and address section of the document that also shows the origin of the document (i.e., Epcor Logo, company name, etc.). As long as we can see the origin of the document and your name/address, it will be enough to pass verification.

Note: The system will only accept JPG or PNG files.

Note: The verification process only has to be done on brand new accounts and is only done once, unless their ID expires or their delivery address changes.
